The road run from Perumbavoor to Tuticorin is one of the cleaner south-Indian trucking lanes. The standard route is Perumbavoor — Muvattupuzha — Thodupuzha — Kumily — Theni — Madurai — Tirunelveli — Tuticorin, roughly 470 km on NH-744 (the Kochi-Dhanushkodi corridor) and NH-38 (the Madurai-Tuticorin stretch).

A 20-ft full-truck load lifts roughly 600 sheets of 12 mm packing ply. Bigger 32-ft single-axle bodies lift around 1,000 sheets.
